Mindset
The growth mindset is really important because it helps us to understand that where there are problems or obstacles, instead of giving up we can embrace it to change the difficulties for opportunities. It is normal to feel fear or failure when challenges come, people who do not want to face problems in any area of their lives have a fixed mindset, however, people who are open to accept challenges even if it looks difficult they have a growth mindset.

Manifesto
​People learn how to develop their skills through a process, time and strategies, we are in the 21th century where everything is possible through technology, I strongly believe that we have in our hands the keys to help others to develop their abilities keeping the experiences that we have in order to design plans or strategies that can contribute to the learner to reach their goals. As a teacher, I am the support to build up a solid foundation in their academic growth to make connections to reach the next step in their learning journey.
The Power
of "Yet"
We are going to hear people saying that you are not capable of this job, you do not have the experience to take this place or simply they made a negative statement about you, at the end you have the capability to finish that statement saying “ yet”. The power of yet, is the key, why? Because if you fail you are capable of knowing where, but if you never fail you would not be able to learn the power of yet. Certainly, the process of success takes time and that is ok, the most important thing is to understand the power of the “yet” model and share it with others. Small things make great things.
