Creating an Outline 

for Success

Next, I was working on developing the professional 

learning outline for Improving Reading Levels by 

Implementing Blended Learning Models. This Plan 

addresses the 5 principles of Professional Learning, 

who my audience is and what their needs are, how I will 

foster collaboration, effective modeling, and self-directed 

learning, who the leaders of each section will be, who is 

the leader/instructor, activities, learning objectives, duration 

and resources needed for learning.
