4 Disciplines of Execution

When we talk about changes in education the first thing that comes to our mind is that those changes may be difficult. The role of an educator is an important one. It requires us to carry many responsibilities on our shoulders. However, the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) process and combinated with the strategies of the Influencer models helps to make it easier and be realistic to reach the change in an organization. In other words, the Influencer Model facilitates the plan, and the 4DX makes the plan happen. The 4DX model is an important piece of any school. Basically, the 6 Sources of Influence and 4 Disciplines of Execution are different models that are not necessarily the same, but they compliment each other well as they both focus on creating change.

The benefits of implementing both processes are the results in the organization. The 4 Disciplines of Execution and the 6 sources of influences help to increase motivation and engage in participants. It is a way to measure the goals and make them successful.

Planning and implementing the 6 Sources of Influence with the 4 Disciplines of Execution will result in successful behavior change. In order to "Improving reading fluency by implementing blended learning models" I will start with Influencer to establish my plan for behavior change, and after that I will use 4DX to implement my plan.
